Evolve Recovery Center and Sunrise Detox closely collaborate with most U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) providers to ensure our substance use and behavioral health treatments address specific healthcare needs.

Evolve Recovery Center: An Integral Part Of Our Continuum Of Care
Evolve Recovery Center and Sunrise Detox work closely with local VA facilities to provide and coordinate different levels of treatment for eligible Veterans served by the VA Community Care Network (CCN).
At the foundation of our work is a proven Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment model designed to meet the full spectrum of addiction treatment needs from inpatient to outpatient care that complements and supports the VA system of care. Our treatment model has been proven to be effective in helping VA patients achieve health, stability, and recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Features of our treatment model are:
- Same-day access to comprehensive detox, residential, and outpatient services
- Case management and care coordination with VA providers
- Specialty Veteran-centered psychiatry, internal medicine, counseling care, and peer support
- Medication-assisted treatment with all FDA-approved medications
- Meditation practice as a co-adjuvant therapy to reduce anxiety
- Transportation provided to and from our facilities
Specialized Substance Use Disorder Treatment for Veterans
OptumServe has credentialed Evolve Recovery Center and Sunrise Detox Center as providers under the VA’s Community Care Network to provide eligible Veterans with specialized Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment.
If you’re an eligible VA patient, you can access care at Evolve Recovery Center and Sunrise Detox treatment centers by obtaining a referral from your local VA facility or VA provider. Once the VA or VA provider makes the referral, we can immediately coordinate care with the VA, ensuring that you have full access to treatment and services in our programs as well as a plan to return to the VA for additional services.
Evolve Recovery Center and Sunrise Detox participate in case conferences with local VA staff to ensure program quality and continuity of care. And we constantly solicit feedback from Veterans and their families to ensure that full satisfaction is always present.
